When we say ”company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, ”service” or ”services” in this document, we are referring to AppMetrix Analytics.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AppMetrix cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting AppMetrix's customer support team.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AppMetrix Analytics cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account (even by others who have their own logins under your account).
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must provide your legal full name and a valid email address in order to complete the signup process.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
AppMetrix, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
AppMetrix will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days from the date of payment for monthly plan and within 14 days of payment in Lifetime plan.
Cancellation and termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can find instructions for how to cancel your account here. We provide a simple no-questions-asked cancellation link.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will also announce them through newsletter or notification.
